COMPLAIN TO THE OMBUDSMAN. WILL IT BE WORTH IT?
I have followed IBC complaints procedure for the best part of a
year now and got nowhere. I have been told it is a waste of time
following the path to the ombudsman that IBC are pushing me to
but as an exercise and for the enjoyment of my readers I am
going to do just that and post the progress on here. All the
