I asked them not to break the law by closing the gate. The
one wearing the green IBC top then came out with afew "F"
words in front of my wife even after I asked him to stop
swearing.

This is Richard just before he threatens me with the sledge
hammer he is carrying at 3-30 approx 19th Oct. I then go to
Holywell Park and speak with their "line manager" Steve Hunt
who tells me he will continue to instruct his staff to close the
gate even after I tell him he is breaking the law. I have given
him and the IBC workers I met earlier a Fact Sheet from the
Ramblers Association explaining Foot Path law.
