This is crazy. A car, motorcycle, a pedestrian, cycle or even a horse and cart can get here but a powerchair or manual wheel chair cannot. Just why is Ipswich Borough Council so determined to defy the Disability Discrimination Act? This car is now beyond the access gates to Braziers Wood which are over to the left some distance.
