There are notices about these at Nacton Shores put up by Suffolk Coastal and yet there is no warnings at Bridgewood where this beauty lays. Apparently they give off no scent and that is why so many dogs get killed by them as they cannot smell them and keep away. Bridgewood has always been teeming with these but fortunately they keep away from people and usually it is only dogs that get bitten and their owners think they have died from some mysterious bug or other as they do not see the snake bite. Watch your children if they poke around in the brambles or other places these may be.
